There is something so special about welcoming a baby girl into a family, especially when she has two excited big brothers waiting to meet her. I recently had the pleasure of photographing sweet baby girl and her wonderful family in my Cloverdale studio, and it was such a joy to capture these first memories together.



Mom, Reena, welcomed her beautiful daughter into the world, and it was clear from the very beginning that she is surrounded by so much love. Her two big brothers absolutely stole my heart during the session. They were gentle, patient, and so proud to hold their new baby sister. Watching them cuddle her and smile at her was incredibly sweet. I can already imagine them growing up as amazing big brothers, always looking out for her. At the same time, I have a feeling this little girl is going to keep up with them just fine. Growing up with two brothers, she is going to be one tough little girl!

For this session we embraced all things soft, neutral, and feminine. We chose beautiful neutral tones with plenty of girly details because, for this session, the girlier the better. Delicate wraps, soft textures, and timeless styling created elegant portraits that will never go out of style. These classic colours keep the focus exactly where it belongs, on the newest member of the family and the love they all share.



One of my favourite parts of newborn photography is capturing the connection between siblings. Every family has their own unique story, and these moments become treasured memories as children grow. Years from now, these brothers and their little sister will be able to look back at these photographs and remember just how tiny she once was.

The best time for newborn photography is when your baby is between 1 and 3 weeks old. During this stage, babies are typically sleepier and curl comfortably into those sweet newborn poses. Because these sessions are planned around your due date, I always recommend booking while you are still pregnant to ensure availability. Once your baby arrives, we simply confirm the session date.
