Rumneet’s Maternity Session in Cloverdale

There’s something so tender and emotional about capturing a maternity session when it’s not just about the baby on the way—but also about the bond with the child already here. Rumneet’s session was all about soaking up the final moments of life as a duo—just mom and her sweet little boy—before they become a family of three.
We met in Cloverdale for this beautiful, golden-hour session, and the connection between the two of them was just magic. Her son clung to her, giggled, hugged her growing belly, and beamed with love. You could feel how special this time is for them—a quiet pause between chapters.
Becoming a big brother is such a big milestone, especially for the firstborn. The one who made you a mother. The one who’s about to share your arms, your time, your heart—but never lose their place in it. Rumneet’s love and pride were written all over her face in every frame.
We also took a few portraits of Rumneet on her own, radiating strength and calm anticipation. She was absolutely glowing.
I can’t wait to meet their newest addition very soon and to continue telling this family’s story as they grow. These fleeting moments before everything changes are worth preserving forever.
